About Us
Jacob Donassaint is first and foremost a man of God. He is the founder and lead pastor of Mission Évangélique Baptiste Siloé d’Haïti (MEBSH), which oversees seven other churches and ministries in seven different Haitian cities. Pasteur Jacob is passionate about preaching the word of God, praying with people, and helping the most vulnarable. He demonstrates his ministries through daily Bible study, Fasting, Prayer, and feeding programs.

MEBSH Story
Jacob Donassaint ministries started from a divine calling. God’s voice was clear when He asked Jacob to return to his hometown, La Pointe des Palmistes, Port - de- Paix, Haiti as he was starting his business in Port - au- Prince back in 1974. As Jacob obeyed the Lord to go back to his hometown, God confirmed His word by giving the former landowner of the first church that Jacob will build on. “I saw you came to buy this piece of land to build a church.” Jacob had dreamed the same dream a couple weeks before. This testimony is foundational to the bond that Jacob has with God and MEBSH ministries- He always provides. Today, MEBSH has two churches in La Pointe des Palmistes and seven other churches in seven different cities in Haiti.
